You contradicted yourself. I said he should have an idea. You then said "nope." Then you said he may have a "vision/idea." If you read my comment that you quoted, you will see I never said the CEO dictates the share price.
If you don't think GC should know whether the share price of his company is going to be around 8 cents or high enough to uplist without a reverse split then I'm not sure what you are smoking.
8 cents to 2 dollars is a VERY large difference when discussing a penny stock's share price. I'm sure you know that though.
