I agree - I just read the article and didn't see much of anything new - what I can't understand is how the author (whoever that is) would be surprised to find out that Health Canada has little to no knowledge/commentary regarding the capital market history of the stock - HC reviews the operations of the company and the application, that is all. Truth probably is that the author does know better than this, but couldn't pass up the opportunity to write a smear article.
The article goes well out of its way to try and say FITX is a pump and dump without actually calling it out by name, though spends no time whatsoever detailing what the company has accomplished over the last 12 months in regards to construction and development of the facilities.
The only item I found surprising are the alleged comments by Bill Swalm near the end of the article. It's a bit disturbing to show candid quotes regarding his perspective on lack of PR's, etc.
I agree with AB along the lines of any publicity is good publicity, but the article itself is of very little newsworthy attention given that it is extremely one-sided in its story.
