It seems to me that there's no reason to guess at what the company is doing since they've released their latest financial records. It's quite clear what they are doing and what they have done. I don't know how anyone could possibly justify a higher share price than what it currently is based on the data that has been released. In my opinion, the share price is currently high.

I've been investing for a long time. I've never known anyone to classify 7 years as short term.
