Currently we do not meet the requirements of 4m net equity but rest assured we are well on our way. Currently we are at 1.5m net income so just very roughly if we do another 1.5m in net income this quarter which is q4 2014, then follow up with another 1.5m q1 2015 we are there.
I spoke to a "hedgie" today and told me how it works as he has done it a # of times assisting companies from the BB to going to nasdaq. He BELIEVES WE CAN UPLIST IN Q3 TO Q4 OF 2015 AND BE SET TO GO. HE ALSO BELIEVES THE STOCK CAN GO 8X FROM HERE THE NEXT 8 QUARTERS IF THEY KEEP SHOWING THESE TYPE OF #S. HE IS VERY SAVVY.
