KMA's NOBO list shows 1356 shareholders and a OBO Count of 115 Banks/Brokers accounts. A recurring problem stated by Broadridge is that not all Banks/Brokers involved respond to their OBO request for share totals. Broadridge has contracts with about 95% of the Banks/Brokers participating in the market place, but not all of these Banks/Brokers responded to Broadridge's OBO request.
KMA is now auditing the DTCC-SPR report to define the discrepancies in the share totals we received from Broadridge. We are also preparing a Proxy Mailing through Broadridge to assist us in settling these inconsistencies.
