Ok let's talk about something that has not been discussed all that much. With q4 of 2014 coming to a close and it appears that we will be profitable again lets look at the next step which will be a natural progression.
I spoke to a very well respected hedge fund manager this am and he said I must say I am becoming much more interested in scrc and here is why. It appears scrc will do another 1.5m in net income for the quarter and they are getting closer to reaching the figure for nasdaq listing. The # required is 4m net equity. so what does that mean and how will we arive at that????? Lets say we do 1.5m net income q4 and another 1.5m in q1 2015. He believes SCRC WILL BE READY FOR AN UPLISTING IN Q3 TO Q4 OF 2015. HE IS VERY INVOLVED AT TAKING BB'S TO THE NASDAQ AND IS PRETTY IMPRESSED WITH SCRC DOING BACK TO BACK PROFITABLE QUARTERS.
BOTTOM LINE IF SCRC IS ABLE TO DO 1.5M NET ICOME Q34 2014 AND THEN FOLLOW UP WITH YET ANOTHER 1.5M WE WILL MEET THE REQUIREMENT FOR NET QUITY AND PROBABLY BE READY TO UPLIST IN Q3 OF 2015 TO Q4 OF 2015.
