The statement below in bold found in the article Tutter posted yesterday was a bit surprising to read. I don't perceive it as a negative but wanted to express my thoughts.
They also seem quite baffled by the latest press release. SCRC say in their report that the cash flow should be sufficient to support the company's operations, but last week they established a $4 million line of credit which might suggest that their initial estimates weren't completely correct.
A line of credit is not unusual for any business. In fact, it makes very good sense. Several companies would love to secure a deal such as Mr. Scheiderman secured. A line of credit from a major lending institution is a sign of financial strength and belief in the existing business model. SCRC is in great shape as it gears up for an incredible 2015.
