On the other hand , PTOI is in a market where their end product is facing an unprecedented glut of supply that results in setting record price decline for the last decade.
Are any of these 25 new employees in the Dupont plant 'around the corner' some of the majority of the PTOI workforce Richard Heddle let go since he took over ?
Because other than close proximity, and Dupont hiring , and PTOI firing, there is no clear connection between these two companies.
