incorrect - Gerald can have all the incentives he wishes - what I was ticked about was that he gave himself a hefty raise and then a series of bonus targets before providing any real or tangible revenue to the shareholders - I felt that was backwards - still do - but the 18 year olds here with their lunch money investment will applaud him anyway - go figure
