Depends on a number of factors... a detailed business plan (strategic plan, tactical plan, deliverables, measures of success, SWOT anaylsis, etc.), ROI, IRR, etc. You know... all the logical things that have been glaringly missing in this mess of a puzzle since I first questioned BULL about a STRATEGIC PLAN. I did this crap for a living. Tough to lay down more $$$ when all a Company can do is talk QUALITATIVE vs. QUANTITATIVE. If Treaty lacks such expertise, best we all take pause IMO. Oops... too late
