I think it is safe to say these shares will not affect the price of the common share. The BOD is paid in shares, so they would not allow any dilution. As well, there are no redemption rights for these shares. $1 liquidation price Yes it says 2500 conversion but that makes no sense. Series A-D are more senior shares and they have less conversion rate. It does not make any sense. Glad someone noticed this. I would like clarification on this matter.!!
