If you check back to Annual Report 2009 - you will find that the conversion was 2,500,000 when the par value was .000001,
When the par value was changes in Oct 2010 - R/S 101 /1 - the par value went to .001.. This lowered the conversion rate to 2,500 common for each FSeries share.
