I think that's a pretty good idea. OPEC is not going to keep the spigots open full blast forever. All they need to do, which they will at some point, is cut production by a million or two barrels a day and watch oil stocks EXPLODE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
