A more logical explanation based on numerical results...3rd qtr 2012 the revenue was $63K...stock price @.35/share. After a lengthy delay, 6 qtrs of results are released and none of the quarters has revenue anywhere near $63K.....stock price now at .04 ...pushing 130 million shares outstanding (continued dilution)
