I have to agree with you there. It's not hard to understand when the company gives us soft guidance like (EST 4Q14) EST means ESTIMATED. Like you said, it may take a little longer but it will happen none the less. I for one am very happy it has taken longer to get things cooking with the stock price. The pipeline is getting stronger everyday and that means any deals made now should mean more money for the company long term vs a deal that was made in the spring or summer. Things are looking good and I could not be happier. I understand that my timeframe for investing is much longer than some but this is a stock that will be paying dividends for many years to come.
