The share structure is still the same as it has been for the last 35 months.
Does it affect the company? No. Because the company isn't funded via share sales.
With respect to trading: direct it to the day traders.
Is the company progressing with its plans: email or call the CEO and ask him. I still speak with him regularly and I know of several who do too.
