Venting only creates more frustration! Negative energy creates more pain! Past events no longer exist and future events haven’t yet begun! Being mindful is the best approach and one must learn to let go what they can't control. It's ok to recognize something troubling but you must let go meaning one rant is ok as long as you explain yourself accordingly but more than one is repetitious and will not be tolerated. $$$$$ GRCU $$$$$
