BLTA DOWN today is proof enough something did not go well.
If BLTA was on track to pass the mini evac this week the SMART
MONEY would be BUYING this stock UP much higher. Especially on
a day when the whole market was UP big...Oh well, how many times
is it going to take to pass? Meanwhile the company continues to
need to burn more shares to stay alive...
