R/S of the numbers you suggest: 1000, 2000, 5000:1 are insane. The current O/S doesn't warrant that and jumping to .80 a share won't solve any problems.
Its OTC, nobody wants to own a few thousand shares of something here.. that's no fun. Belgian is right, the PPS would tank immediately also.
