This fund must be in the open as to instill confidence
Maybe a two thirds vote to remove any money
Money could only be used for hard assets that could be recouped .
Land or equipment only . If we kept this in the open our stock could go up and that would benefit all share holders . This fund would be a backstop a small investment compared to what most of us have out there already .
Now when we do get a lease and on a roll we get our money back no more, but we would get ours on the other side . Some people will make out who did not chip in but so what .
