Seaside is our last lender to go thru I am now calling under 1m shares as I said they will have this off the books and I expect to see in the next 14 days a good size print go off and when they are no longer in the box a slight gap will happen. I have been a buyer today at times taking wdco and bkrt so expedite the paper process. This was a necessary eveil and Seaside has been our best lender. There is no question .05 is being sold last 2 days but whoever is selling today is selling smart and not like an animal as the shares our getting absorbed.


Bottom Line: This is it with Seaside IMHO less than 1m left and if correct .11 to .14 less than 6m shares to go here.
