if i were in mgmt's shoes (and no i don't believe RH is *aware* re: these stats)
i'd file the PR and/or 8k today .. oddly enough the next day re: *twitchy*
is on 12.31.14 ..
i' doubt we have to wait till next *true* twitchy date of 1.14.15 ..
