I have to agree with you Risk, just need to tread the rising tide of paper a little longer to see if the current paved runway will be enough for lift off - they got the muscle, just really surprised by this recent filing - wouldn't have thought they would have needed to tap the addit. 1-Bil. so soon and double down another $20-Mil. with LPC - whew this is alot my friend
