With positive developments such as hiring and expanding that usually means business is anticipated.If the shakeout for shares has anyone nervous...we have seen that before it ran up. The only place they can get shares from are those who own them cheap. Sure as hell aren't getting them from people who are down unless they can't take the heat.Most private placements available so that should tell you that am investor with money will need to pay to play.Its a game of how close are they to news of a contract, jv etc before they gotta pay for a piece of this .
