Hoot, I do believe I read on an FAA site that they can cut short the 100 hrs at their discretion if the carrier proves compentancy. The don't necessarily have to fly to St. Petersburg, shorter flights may be deemed acceptable. However Baltia may want to go there if allowed to carry cargo/mail in order to generate some income. I have read here that proving flights need to be sceduled 10 days in advance, so keep posted through Flightaware. But I'm sure we'll hear about the flights from our knowledgeable folks here.
