For your consideration...How many OS were bought up under .02. They are still winners and those who bought milllions under .005. are mega winners. Any run up of share price hits a wall when theses guys dump a few here and there. They create their own weather. Pump, dump, rinse, repeat. Look at the channels. Now consider the Company and how this might play in their favor. They can keep paying insiders in cheap shares because they know that nothing will happen to pps until enough of the old shares move into new hands, and the basic business plan as they laid out, comes to pass. Insiders are looking much further down the road. Much better to raise a/s and pay the bills with cheap shares and save cash for r/d. You and I don't really fit into that equation (except as noise).
