Well how long can they tread water waiting to finalize a deal? The last 10Q showed little cash on hand. Until the note used to finalize Rice 15 U.S. paid off , that is not a source of cash, not much volume to move the settlement shares, and I believe the company stated in the last 10Q about a going concern? How do they pay for all the expenses of trips overseas, document and legal expenses, business travel, meetings, etc? Or is this all done over the phone.
