Excellent points Spice, it is my belief that the decline IS of course much of the delay.
XNRG is real, getting business done and will complete many deals moving forward for ALL of US here.
It is also mind boggling to me that "some" see past this decline and can be so negative publicly on boards.
So many delay possibilities, decline in oil, red tape in International business deals and heck, OIL business in general, (competitive, cut throat etc etc)
"the first one is ALWAYS the hardest" IN ANYTHING, "watch out" for an avalanche of DONE DEALS as soon as the long awaited very first one is done IMO
btw, LOL, I still am not sure what I am most, happy or not happy, when pulling up to the gas pump, LOL, as consumer and investor I actually would prefer to pay the 4 bucks again, LOL, NOBODY BITE MY HEAD OFF FOR THAT PLEASE!!!!!
