The good news is KMA's NOBO list has arrived at our headquarters in Canada, the bad news is, due to an error in our order to Broadridge the OBO totals were omitted from our current CD. We now expect the OBO results to be completed and viewable on Tuesday December 16th, 2014. So next week, once both the NOBO & OBO are in hand and armed with factual numbers, KMA's management will then meet with our advisers and legal team to weigh all our forward looking options .
Email received from Broadridge; We will have this search set-up in our system for December 11, 2014 to pull the OBO count. The numbers will be available next week on Tuesday December 16th.
