I would have thought that by now everyone realizes the SEC does not comment one way or the other as to whether a company is under investigation. They will acknowledge that they have received your email, but that's it. They will not give you or I-Glow any file number or investigator's name. This stuff has been known for a long long time.
A lot of things have been known for a long time my favorite part.
