I understandably hear lots of frustrations which can simply be explained by TECO not showing any tangible success - nothing, nada, zilch - for anyone to hang their hat on despite various utterances. TECO simply needs to show some accomplishments - just something positive, anything! Even just one producing well - something, anything!
