Let's ask the following questions:
1) How much has the new BOD accomplished versus what they said they would accomplish over the last 9-10 months?
2) How much difference have we seen between the new BOD and the old one?
3) Exactly how bad of a mess was inherited and why weren't the specifics well known by the BOD prior to taking on the mess?
4) Why wouldn't the new BOD sue the old BOD for this "so-called mess"?
5) Are there members of the new BOD still affiliated with the old BOD whether through bogus contracts, fraud, etc that can't take certain action because they implicate themselves?
6) Is there any biased member of the new BOD who knows what they are doing when it comes to running a public microcap?
7) Most importantly WHERE ARE THESE FUCKING PROMISED FINANCIALS????
