Penny the same group has been keeping this down for quite some time....they work with MM CANT...CDEL...ETRF.....always smart to use more than 1 MM as it takes the obvious attention away......
CANT is the one to watch....when he drops from his current PPS ...lets say 0046 to 0078..then the BIG BLOCK asks from CDEL will go away and we will move up very easily.....when CANT stays and CDEL ask goes away then ETRF will come in with another BIG BLOCK ask......CANT is the director of this drop and CDEL / ETRF makes sure we don't move back up until CANT moves.....
