Ted...no offense but that makes it no less important (if that was your meaning?)...it's still relatively current & of potential value...conversely, this news-timelag may be a good thing working in our favor, meaning they may be further along than we think. Being in the nuke biz, you know it typically takes some time between regulatory approvals & the initiation of operations. On a related note; although this news is a bit vague, this may be the 1st concrete sign we've seen of Andrew Robinsons' (10K-reported) efforts to get a foothold in the Middle-East markets. Personally-speaking, I'm damn good & ready to put something hefty under the X-Mas tree this year...like a gift-wrapped notice to my family that our stock has 'finally' hit the BigTime
