Just got off the phone with Maxim; the guys name is Shawn Ashe. He said that he has spoken with Gerald many times and is very excited about ESS and especially that they already have Orphan designation status. Once the purchase is completed, he believes there will be major attention from the investment community in conjunction with the up listing that he also mentioned. He is a broker with an investment firm and is actively looking for prospects. Exactly his connection, if any with AMBS, I'm not sure, but he was very familiar with the ESS acquisition and extremely positive about it. Heard from Gerald in response to an email regarding this. He said he is familiar with them, but that is it.
