Morning JSL, to be honest, I am just happy to have 3's on the ask and 2's on the bid. Don't get me wrong, I am all to happy for this to head on up, but I don't think we get much more action until the preferreds are filed for and then the brokerage acquired.

I hope that I am wrong, but I think that is what it will take.
