Its carelessness. If its not one thing, its another with Matt. I know there have been issues, but this is the end of the line for us. Its been 3 years of this bullshit. Now, the state has dissolved the company because of this act of incompetence.
Couldn't round up $175 to pay the fees. Ridiculous. We have all been had. We believe in this man and he completely shit the bed.
Hopefully, he will fix it, but I doubt it. Besides some financials that were 2 years late, he has given us NOTHING!
He played us for fools. I believed in him, I bought into the plan. I would stick up for him. I thought he was a stand up guy. I don't get fooled easily, but this time I was. It won't happen again.
