partially laddered .. means .. they *try* to take up a certain % (ie 25%)
and the reset that is laddered down is done at 15 to 20% .. then the
next round is taken up another 25% >>> and so it goes
zero doubts if uplisting is the route chosen by P2O's mgmt >> that *various
entities* do a partially laddered cover on PTOI starting with the signal re: BoD seated (8k'd)
my expectation is we start to see *rather high* %s CONsistently on PTOI with
first prox sold >> 8k'd
i also can't help but lol at the ironies in play re: *there* and MOMO
a site that fosters lemmings on par with greedy conscienceless manipulators
has to have some aspects stay under the radar for as long as possible
