just my own 2c .. but i think this is being carefully *executed*
for a very specific reason .. not the least of which will be to
cause the maximum amount of pain to various colluding entities
not too much longer >> year end is less than 3.5 weeks away
that update in NOV that was 8k'd >> was *huge*
regardless of how often CON side of the crew focuses on safe harbor .. lol
