I would like to see a federal contract. Put a cluster or two on each air craft carrier. With personnel averaging around 5000 people feeding their faces daily 24/7 that's alot of plastic! on just one boat.  Keep it out of the oceans and give it to modular P20's. Like Tony Bogolin said, I dont know how the machine works, plastic goes in one end fuel comes out the other. Think of all the equipment on that kind of boat that can use that fuel P20 can make instead of dumping it off the stern.
