It's coming. Matt is on vacation for two weeks starting today. When he gets back his auditors have committed to auditing the books for 2010 and 2011 so the S-1 can be filed. In the S-1, a new class of shares will be created which are the nonconvertible preferred shares that will be sold in private placements. A filing to the Florida SOS is also required to create this class of shares and will be filed. I will be meeting with Matt when he is back in town and we will be pulling together the ppm opportunity and whole bunch of us will be buying the preferred to help secure the brokerage.
