these low penny no info co's have extremely small accounting staffs which explains a lot of delays -dont expect blue chip performance from such accounting staff- no huge mystery is necessary to explain these things
and hopefully they might possibly be coordinating the financials release w an upgrade
their financials provide far more info than many current info co's - i could give you examples but co's keep playing musical chairs, moving up and down otc- and limited info otc co's financials often come out only every 6 months
no info co's usually dont provide financials -their financials, if they come out now would qualify them for limited info otc status if they applied and paid the otc fees,which would increase the investor pool and buy sell ratio somewhat, as most will not trade no info, and most thus wont even see the financials on NNLX's website
