Remember, 5 ounces goes to the Keystone processor, but if Mngg has a third party lined up, that company can take over processing duties, so long as Keytones parties sign off. Joel might be incorporating a subsidiary that might be dealing with the processing. Something that might make sense. Could save over 5k a month doing it that way.
