I do not believe FITX would intentionally try to deceive shareholders into thinking they were contacted by HC if they were not. The way the post on FB is worded to me indicates direct contact from HC. As Big A said if they are responding to the previous announcement form HC they took a while to do it. Why would they stall on taking down the page until now? I think they must have received some direction from HC; I do not think they are in the business of misleading shareholders. They did not say that they removed the content as a preemptive move, they clearly stated the action was done pursuant to a request from HC.
