If Fitx received a letter from HC that was sent to all LICENSED PRODUCERS and then revised its website accordingly, that would suggest a license is either in place or about to be issued by HC. The letter that has been posted on this site clearly addresses itself to licensed producers only.

If this letter from HC was sent to all HC applicants and not just licensed producers, as some posters here have suggested, then those posters need to provide documentation for such a claim.

The only letter that has been documented is the one from HC to licensed producers and FITX is claiming that it received such a letter.
