Its a wait and see deal... im pretty sure that the ceo saw a better deal and went for it. Guess well see 1/1/15. Certainly, noone here will change anything until we all band together as shareholders and change it. There is currently, no reason to try and change anything until everyone sees what chris xan do. Give the man his time. If theres any one who thinks that 3 or 4 people dissing will help, i have a suggestion, sell your shares, your not likely smart enough to be investing. Until a material event happens that proves one way or the other, all there will be is 3 or 4 that oppose and even if you get half on your side, your still hurting, not helping. The material event is said to come before 1/1/15. I assume after waiting years, that just a few days more wont hurt anyone. Why the rush to diss the ceo before 1/1/15???? There is no good reason..i suggest the naysayers take a chill pill until then. Because you could just end up looking dumb.
