Since they have stated that 4 SEC lawyers look at PR's, is an indication they are being very careful, and not hasty. If it were a routine update, it could have been done before or after market close. I still believe that doing it while the market was open, is significant, and telling.
Another can of worms while we await news:
The Cenbiotech website says that the entity was created only for selling dried
marijuana under the MMPR. Since we see how strict HC is, my bet is that the hemp and insurance divisions will need to stay with FITX, thus giving the parent company a good chance of having significant value down the road.
