I believe the most powerful catalyst without question is the banking deal. For an .11 cent stock to secure favorable terms and get rid of 18% to 24% interest that is out there and replace it with 10% to 12% ( i am guessing) would be superb. This would make the company much stronger. I will say that there will be HUGE INTEREST IN THE STOCK OUTSIDE OF THE CORE ( 50 TO 60 PEOPLE) THAT WILL GET INVOLVED. IT WILL CREATE IN MY OPINION A LOT OF BUYING PRESSURE.Whats not to like with a multi million dollar deal???? Multi to me is more than 1m or 2m.



Jeff Andrews stated that he expects to see atleast another 12 months of what we are doing now. Of course there are no guarantees but recently we took away the going concern operationally which is terrific. So another 12 months and guess what we have over 5m IN CASH OR APPROX .0325 CENTS IN CASH!!!!!!!
