I pretty much agree with post #8296....all of it...including the "baggage" part.
The way I see it, it is the "baggage" that is holding BLTA down - in the minds of most casual BLTA investors - for the time being.
The longs and the serious BLTA investors know damn well that all that "baggage" is meaningless, and we also know that with another to a couple of good solid steps.....such as successful completion of the mini-evac and the commencement of Proving Flights.......all that "baggage" will go away - very quickly - in the minds and concerns of investors.
In other words, although those items from Baltia's past are giving doubts to a whole bunch of new investors, once Baltia proves to them that its progress is real and significant....and that Baltia WILL soon be America's Newest Airline.....then they will jump off that fence in droves.
I'm currently guesing the first major pps movement that we are all expecting to occur will arrive just in time for Christmas.
