You can't do anything about posts or BS on the boards unless you can prove, intent and damages. First you have to identify the poster.
Somebody being wrong, mistaken, or just guessing is no basis for a lawsuit.
It all sounds good in theory, but you'll need 10's of thousands dollars to present you case.
